Shipping Policy

At Koora, we are committed to delivering your orders in the most efficient and eco-friendly manner possible. Please take a moment to review our shipping policies for both domestic and international orders.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $100. Orders below this threshold will incur a flat shipping fee, calculated at checkout.

Express Shipping: Need your order sooner? We offer express shipping for an additional fee. The cost of express shipping will be displayed at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Same-Day Delivery (Perth): We are pleased to offer same-day delivery for local customers in Perth. To qualify, orders must be placed by 11 AM (AWST). Same-day delivery is available for an additional fee, displayed at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes (Australia)

Standard Shipping: Typically, orders are delivered within 5-7 business days depending on your location and could take around 10-12 days for regional areas.

Express Shipping: Express orders are usually delivered within 1-3 business days.

Same-Day Delivery: Local Perth orders placed before 11 AM (AWST) will be delivered the same day.

All orders placed before 1 PM (AWST) will be processed on the same day. Orders received after this time will be processed the next business day. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and external factors such as public holidays or weather conditions.

International Shipping

We are proud to offer international shipping to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location:

Standard International Shipping: Delivery typically takes 10-14 business days.

Express International Shipping: We offer express international shipping for faster delivery, usually within 5-7 business days. The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s journey on the carrier’s website. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Damaged or Lost Packages

At Koora, we take every precaution to ensure your items arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the damaged item or from the expected delivery date for lost packages. We will assist you in resolving the issue and ensure that a replacement or refund is arranged, subject to our review.

Change of Address

 If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate address changes, but once the order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your shipment.

Duties and Taxes (International Orders)

Please note that for international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in our shipping charges and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details on these charges.
