Return & Refund Policy

At KOORA, we believe in offering you a travel companion that aligns with your values, combining style with environmental sustainability. To ensure your satisfaction, we are pleased to offer a 100-day return policy. If, for any reason, you feel that our product isn’t the right fit for you or if you simply change your mind, we will gladly accept a return for a full refund, as long as the terms outlined below are met.

Return & Refund Conditions:

Packaging: The original packaging must be in its pristine condition (unmarked, undamaged, and complete). Please include before-and-after photos of the packaging. Repacking the product is required before returning it.

Product: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original state. Before-and-after photos of the product are necessary to process the return.

Add-ons: Any supplementary items included in the product (e.g., vacuum bags, dust bags, personal notes, etc.) should remain unused and undamaged. Before-and-after photos of these items are also required.

Promotions: Products purchased during promotions that are explicitly marked as “non-refundable” are not eligible for the 100-day return policy.

Third-party Purchases: If you purchased your product from another website, our return policy will still apply.

Return Process

1. Contact: Reach out to us for the return form and instructions on how to submit your before-and-after photos.
2. Assessment: Once we receive your completed return form and photos, we will assess the request and offer applicable options.
3. Refund: If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Important: If the product is found to be damaged or does not meet the return conditions, your refund will be rejected, and we will provide a detailed explanation.

Damaged Product on Delivery

Fees & Charges

A standard return fee of $20 applies to all online orders within Australia. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
